Senior Fitness In-Person

Exercise is fun and a great way to make new friends! Class includes stretching, low-impact aerobic exercise, resistance training with dyna bands, light weight lifting and chair yoga.  All exercises are done at your own fitness level. Instructor will provide dyna bands. Bring weights if desired.
